Senior Analyst/ Associate, Corporate Finance & Restructuring recruitment
Work will include restructuring, MA, and strategic advisory, so transaction exposure will be broad. You will be involved in execution activities, such as analysis, research and material preparation, and you can expect regular client contact. Our focus is on mid-market advisory for clients in Europe and the US.
You must have:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience. Formal investment banking analyst training is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint. You must be able to build a model from scratch and work with limited guidance. Strong writing skills are a must.
- Solid transaction experience and a demonstrable record of academic and professional achievement. In the absence of a relevant degree (finance, accounting, economics), a professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA (or progress towards) will be preferable. Individuals with a legal background and strong command of financial theory may also be considered.
- A familiarity with the media landscape is an advantage.
Successful candidates will be self-starters, comfortable taking initiative in an entrepreneurial environment and working with minimal supervision. You can expect to take active part in all aspects of running the business and gain very broad exposure to the media and entertainment industry.
