Our Global Distribution organization is looking for a Senior Analyst, CRM. This individual is tasked with driving effective usage of the Distribution organization's suite of sales tools and technology including its CRM.
Key Responsibilities Duties Include, but not Limited to:
- Help lead all efforts around the Sales CRM system, facilitating development, training and operational efficiency for the Sales force.
- Maintain regular communications with sales managers to ensure that their needs are met.
- Provide leadership and creative spirit in conjunction with Data Management and Technology Product teams in identifying and designing new enhancements and tools for the sales force.
- Drive consistency and best practices of CRM usage across entire Sales force through participation at national and regional sales meetings and weekly sales calls.
- Develop new methods of promoting CRM best practices, along with internal training groups, as well as gathering user feedback.
- Oversee and evolve ad-hoc analysis to senior sales management.
- Support team initiatives across all the other functional areas: Data Management Analytics and Technology Product management.
Ideal Qualifications Experience:
- BS/BA; degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related area preferred
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com or CRM applications in general
- People and service oriented; willing to patiently understand people's technology problems and help them work through them
- Ability to successfully work cross-functionally as part of a broader CRM team
- Tech savvy but also able to dumb down technology subjects to those who aren't
- Analytical and well versed in Microsoft Excel and other analytical packages; experience with SQL or other related development languages
- Demonstrated success establishing clear priorities to achieve strategic objectives
- Experience in project management
