Senior Analyst – Distressed Asset Servicing recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for the special servicing/ workout of loan portfolios, distressed debt and third party CMBS servicing contracts in Europe.
This role will be responsible for the day to day management and asset surveillance of a portfolio of loans. This position manages the relationship between the syndicate banks, borrowers, origination network and servicing operations.
The Asset Manager will determine and undertake the appropriate level of due diligence, preparing necessary documentation for presentation to senior management for consideration of resolution strategies and the subsequent administration or disposal of assets.
The ideal candidate will be educated at least to degree level with
• Previous experience in CMBS or real estate industry
• Previous experience of NPLs secured by real estate properties
• Comprehensive understanding of property valuation and cash flow analysis.
• Strong Excel modelling skills
