Adecco Engineering and Technical is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst to work a Direct Hire position in Richardson, TX!!!

Description:

Works with internal team members and external clients on delivery of analytics projects involving assessment of business processes and supporting data to determine outstanding client business issues aligned to their business objectives and improve the overall performance of each client. This role will engage with client teams to solve some of their most significant issues within their business. The analyst will support the tactical level account team leadership in the analysis of engagement variables, with the support of skilled statisticians and data managers, to identify and implement improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with both external customers and internal resources to assist with the definition of business, functional, and technical needs while at client site.
  • Work with manager to determine engagement commitments and work streams
  • Supports deliverable and/or solution reviews with the clients
  • Completes activities to aligned to Consulting analysis and delivery methodology requirements
  • Participate in interviewing and observing appropriate client personnel, to document current business and operational processes as input to analytics requirements and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop client deliverables including analytics assessment readouts and reports, and assist in delivery of statistical models to clients.
  • Conduct basic research to identify alternate processes, process steps, etc. to identify improvement alternatives.
  • Participate in working sessions with clients to review and assess process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with translating business needs into clear and concise functional and/or technical requirements and/or draft business solutions.
  • Act as representative of Consulting team during client interactions and assist with the documentation and request of data and other statistical requirements
  • Assist in the development of new Consulting market offerings and assist in the sales process to gain new clients
  • Experience:

  • 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Proven ability to work well client organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical, process and analytical experience
  • Some project management experience preferred
  • Ability to take large volumes of disparate data around the assigned area of focus (interview notes, process notes, business data, systems, financial and historical data), make sense of it, and use it to contribute to client deliverables / solutions.
  • Comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and process oriented.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills including the ability to balance multiple assignments.
  • Ability to get quickly up-to-speed on industry vernacular of client, and use the vernacular in client interactions and project deliverables
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and quality, technical proficiency and solid team skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrate interest and motivation to participate with project and development teams.
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access
  • Experience with analytical software such as SAS or database development a plus
  • Experience with or understanding of statistical models and techniques is preferred
  • Should be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Willing to travel 25-75%
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university - REQUIRED
  • Advanced degree is preferred
