Senior Analyst / Junior Associate Financial Restructuring
My client is globally recognised as one of the leading institutions within the financial restructuring arena. The London team is growing as a consequence of continued success and therefore we are hiring Senior Analysts through to Junior Associates within the Financial Restructuring team.
You will be joining a highly competent and successful business transacting restructuring mandates across the UK and Europe. 2012 reflected another stellar year for the business in achieving industry recognition across the group in Europe and further afield as the Investment Banking Firm of the Year and Restructuring House of the year.
Candidates will either possess directly transferable skills from another recognised restructuring institution or possess relevant and transferable knowledge of transactions with strong financial modeling skills (LBO) , the ability to analyse and assess corporate and capital structures and awareness of legal and credit documentation - levfin is therefore a useful transferable skill set.
