Job Functions: * 45% - Consultant to company operations: * Review restaurant FP and labor performance identifying outliers * Analyze various PL accounts identifying trends and signaling forecasting risk * Partner with Operations in coaching ACs and RGMs to improved performance * Educate ACs and RGMs on basic finance principles * Participate in RGM stewardship meetings with Field Finance Coaches * 25%- Assist in the period close process including conducting plan maintenance, analyzing FP and labor target adjustments, reviewing restaurant level outliers, and preparing period review presentation and summary reports. * 20% - Assist Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process by analyzing trends, forecasting/planning PL accounts and loading/validating results. * 10% - Ad hoc projects: Assist on various initiatives including presentation preparation for executive reviews, quarterly operation reviews and support of WCO initiatives. Minimum Requirements * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. * Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and generate actionable recommendations. * Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * General knowledge of restaurant level PL s. * Consulting, demonstrated ability to advise and coach key business partners, influencing without direct authority. * Consistent and dependably delivery to deadline and quality standards. * Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams. * Must be proficient/advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point; Experience with business application software (Hyperion, PeopleSoft or Microstrategy), and Microsoft Access preferred.
