Senior Analyst- Learning Analytics recruitment
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Analyst within a leading Education Organisation based in the heart of the Melbourne's CBD. The objective of the role is to help improve bespoke online learning solutions for their students, thus improving the overall learning experience. This will be done by applying market leading analytical techniques such as trend analysis, segmentation and insights.
Day to day accountabilities would include-
- Delivery of customer analytic reports and trend analysis
- Quarterly and annual dashboards, which would then require delivery to internal stakeholders
- Development of statistical models, for predicting insights and segmenting customers
- Working closely with key stakeholders to improve online learning
Experience needed-
- Tertiary qualification in a quantitative subject i.e. econometrics, statistics, actuarial
- Ideally experience in learning analytics
- 5+ years relevant working experience
- Experience using SAS or SPSS would be advantageous
- SQL would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills- an ability to take complex ideas and communicate them to a non technical audience
