Senior Analyst recruitment

An interesting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Analyst within the operational performance team of a custodian.

This position is vital in assisting and developing the internal reporting methods for operations. This includes optimising communication channels and delivering new systems and measures.

Key Responsibilities:
Rebranding, designing and developing of a new FTE tracking method as well as creating a new reporting tool.

You will be responsible for carrying out in depth analysis of areas of concern in order to suggest improvements

Assisting in the implementation and communication of improvements will also be necessary and therefore you will be required to build good working relationships with various internal contacts.

Skills Required

You will come from, and have a strong understanding of Custody, Fund Administration and Transfer agency.

Proven analytical skills with a strategic approach to business will be essential in this position as will good change management experience.

You will also have excellent oral, written communication skills and be able to build rapport and confidently make presentations.
