IOOF operates four divisions including Financial advice and distribution, Platform Management and Administration, Investment Management, and Trustee. Within each division we promote a variety of brands including Bridges Financial Services, Consultum, Wealth Managers, Ord Minnett, Spectrum Super, Pursuit, Perennial Investment Partners Limited, IOOF MultiMix, United and Australian Executor Trustees (AET).
The Distribution Division is currently seeking to fill the full time position of Senior Analyst in the Melbourne office for 6 month fixed term. Reporting to the Head of Adviser Services, this role will be responsible for assisting the sales and customer management teams to achieve key financial targets by ensuring the tailored Oracle CRM on demand system complies with business requirements. This role will also ensure the Sales and Campaign Management team has access to relevant, accurate and timely reporting.
Key accountabilities of the role will include:
- Administer the Oracle CRM tool within the IOOF Group, including user licensing, security, layout, workflows, dashboards and reporting
- Develop and implement solutions with the CRM tool in response to business needs
- Management and development of the CRM administrator position
- Ensure data in the CRM is up to date and accurate
- Develop training documentation, program and schedule reporting and analysis
- Develop and implement reporting solutions in response to the business needs, identifying efficiencies where possible to ensure that data is provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide expertise in access and analysis of data to assist in the growth and retention of the business
Qualifications, Skills and attributes expected of the successful candidate include:
- Qualifications in finance/business/IT Systems
- 4 years experience within the financial services industry
- Experience in Oracle CRM on demand system
- Strong lateral thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively communicate outcomes of data to key stakeholders
Good knowledge of platform and investments products would also be advantageous
