Senior Analyst recruitment

The applicant must have 1-2 years experience as an analyst with a major bracket investment bank, as well as corporate finance and MA experience. Additional competencies and potential responsibilities include:

- Preparation of pitch books and presentations.
- Performance of Industry and comparable company analysis and documentation to support client valuations.
- Create and maintain financial models and data on comparables.
- Participate in the execution of MA and financing transactions.
- Perform operating and financial due diligence.
