We are now looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who wants to expand his/her knowledge at a financial institution to fill the position of Senior Analyst within the Corporate Investment Banking Division.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Relationship Managers within Asia Pacific to meet business targets by managing and controlling the credit approval process
- May assume portfolio responsibilities of existing structured finance transactions within Asia Pacific
- Prepare comprehensive and timely credit applications and the ongoing credit assessment and monitoring
- Analyze financial models with ability to sensitize models
- Perform regular credit monitoring tasks including market and industry analysis
- Participate in internal and external client meetings
- Involve in financial and technical due diligence processes
- Prepare and review of legal documentation
- Prepare and make verbal and written presentations
Requirements:
- Good University degree, with cashflow modeling/ credit analytical training preferred
- Minimum 7 years' banking experience, with at least 5 years of strong credit analysis skills and supporting Relationship Managers in corporate and structured finance
- Experienced in financial or technical due diligence and the documentation of international structured finance transactions
- Team player and able to support colleagues in a multi-cultural environment
- Highly motivated and initiative self starter
- Willing to work with tight deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong written, presentation and communication skills in English, with Chinese an advantage
