Senior Analyst – Trade Support recruitment
McGregor Boyall are recruiting on behalf of a leading US based financial services MNC for a Trade Support professional with experience in and knowledge of futures and options.
This is a dynamic and market leading working environment in an ever-changing business.
The role includes:
- Providing critical assistance including error trade, order status and cancellations.
- Provide technical assistance including frontend, trading platforms and host functionality in addition to all requests for service restoration.
- Provide informational assistance including markets, products and trading.
- Provide around the clock productions operational oversight for screen traded derivatives.
The successful candidate will have proven trade support operational experience including knowledge of futures and options. You will be able to comprehend advanced trading principals and understand Futures products (energy, interest rate and options trading) as well as be able to disseminate accurate information in these areas.
