Role Description The candidate must have a BS or BA in accounting, finance, economics or a related quantitative field. The role requires an individual with a minimum of three years of tax/accounting/finance experience in a large public accounting firm and at least two years working exclusively on international transfer pricing matters. A graduate degree is preferred. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, be very detail oriented, and have the ability to communicate results of complex financial analyses to senior management through oral and written communication. Quantitative aptitude as well as Excel proficiency is a must as are strong project management and organizational skills. Responsibilities Pfizer is the world's largest pharmaceutical company specializing in the human and animal health segments. This position operates as a Business Analyst, Transfer Pricing and will support multiple transfer pricing initiatives at the company's Madison, NJ office. Responsibilities include: 1.Preparation of financial analyses to determine transfer pricing implications of supply chain decisions, in-licensing deals and acquisitions; 2.US and non-US audit support, including IDR responses, financial analysis and research; 3.Maintenance and preparation of 6662 transfer pricing documentation and global pricing policies; 4.Knowledge and experience in the application of the US §482 Treasury Regulations for transfer pricing; 5.Candidate will be required to liaise with colleagues outside of the Global Tax division to collect financial data and to support sourcing initiatives. Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills are required. Qualifications The candidate must have a BS or BA in accounting, finance, economics or a related quantitative field.
