This is an excellent opportunity with a growing telecommunications company for a treasury professional looking to expand his/her financial and quantitative abilities in the arena of corporate finance. This role is ideal for the candidate who wants exposure to all aspects of the treasury function including cash management, investing, debt and capital structure planning. This position provides a great opportunity to be involved in the overall responsibility for managing daily cash management, bank and investments for portfolio of approximately $500 Million. You will be involved with cash investments and treasury operations including cash concentration accts, lockboxes, disbursements, sweeps, ACH, EDI, zero balanced accounts, credit cards, fraud tools, letters of credit, bank fees and treasury workstations. You will have responsibility for preparing company cash forecast models. This role supports Treasury for compliance of debt portfolio and share repurchase programsand acts as liaison for tw telecom between banks, investment advisors, trustees, transfer agent and escheat operations. You will support reconciliation of investment and cash accounts and interest expense/income and be the liaison between financial institutions and tw telecom and our executive team. This role will be responsible for oversight of approximately $500 M cash, cash equivalents and investments and $1.4 Billion of Debt
