Senior Analyst/Associate – Private Equity recruitment
This well established global private equity fund invests across a broad range of industry sectors, looking for established growth orientated businesses, utilizing management buyouts, management buyins and growth capital opportunities. Its story is one of sound commercial and strategic thinking alongside strong business partnerships; the appetite of its highly regarded management team remains as healthy as ever.
The firm is now looking to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate to join their investment team. This integral role will be expected to assess and execute new investments, be heavily involved in the completion of financial and commercial due diligence for transactions and will also manage the existing portfolio and support the administration of funds
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience and competencies:
- Fluent written and spoken language skills, with a main focus on Bahasa (Indonesian), Japanese or Korean, and excellent English language skills
- The candidate is likely to come with 3 – 5 years experience from the MA team of an investment bank, corporate advisory of a big 4 accounting firm, or another similar private equity role
- Strong modelling skills across MA/PE transactions
- Commercially astute with a strong analytical capability
- Organised and process driven with the ability to think laterally
- Team player
- Tertiary educated in a financial discipline with excellent academics
