My client is a US fund manager with a significant global footprint. Currently with over $1bn FUM its Australian subsidiary specialises in principal investing and is expanding its investment team to respond to the interest in their fund.
Reporting to the Directors your role will be split between analysing opportunities to invest in assets (including complex DCF valuations) and due diligence and asset management of current investee companies which includes operational modelling.
To be considered you will have 2.5-5 years experience in Corporate Advisory/MA within an investment bank. You need to have significant experience creating DCF models from scratch and be a lateral thinker.
