Senior Analyst/Information Analyst
Summary:
Reporting to the VP-Business Analysis, Retail Sales Strategy Group, the Senior Analyst will have an excellent opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the Retail organization and exposure to senior level audiences. Their efforts on advanced business analysis reporting, executive presentations, and several accountabilities involving the ¿Metrics that Matter,¿ including but not limited to TD WIN and W.I.P., set the tone for the Store network. TD WIN is Retail's reward and recognition reporting W.I.P. is the WOW! Incentive Plan, the Retail variable compensation program. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive ¿can do¿ approach, who thrives on leading change as a critical member of a cutting edge team and employer of choice.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Advanced Retail business analysis
* Executive level performance reporting
* Partner with Corporate Strategy and Retail Finance
* Lead and participate in executive presentation preparation
* Review and provide recommendations on output of team of analysts
* Oversee QTD and YTD WIN reporting efforts, including incentive calculators
* WIN database management, including optimization and development
Skills and Experience:
* Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Access, PowerPoint
* 7- 10 years relevant work experience in a financial reporting environment
* Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
* Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated and detail oriented
* An ability to prioritize and react quickly to a fast-paced, changing environment
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to impact and influence
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet multiple, frequently competing priorities and deliverables
* Demonstrate professionalism and experience interfacing with all levels in the organization
* Desire to work on complex issues and generate creative and business-oriented solutions, while working within a dynamic environment
* MBA preferred
Position location can be either Greenville, SC or Falmouth, ME
