The Sodexo Business Intelligence Team is seeking a Senior Applications Programmer : Seeking the following: - Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience. -Programming Experience with one or more of the following technologies: - Ariba Spend Management technologies - Buyer, Invoicing - Enterprise J2EE, XML, Websphere Application Server, Java Frameworks - Integration with middleware and ERP systems - Mobile Application Development - Automated testing tools -Familiarity with UNIX and Windows server environments - Basic understanding of IT Architecture including Networks, Multi-Tier Applications, Databases, Operating Systems, Security, and other infrastructure. -Ability to define and document technical specifications from business functional requirements -Ability to perform unit and performance testing on all system components -Strong time-management and communication skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting skills -Ability to perform on-call production support duties 24x7 Position Summary : Under general supervision, modifies moderately complex applications programs from detailed specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs. Competent to work on most phases of applications programming activities, but requires instruction and guidance in phases.
