Senior appointment (up to partner level) at top tier Consulting House
The client is looking for future leaders of the business. This means you will come in at a senior level and be expected to contribute to the origination of new business.
You will currently be either
· A director (junior or senior);
· A non-salaried partner; or
· Partner
At either
· A top strategy house e.g. LEK, Booz;
· A big four consultancy; or
· A well regarded boutique
This will appeal to an individual who has hit a glass ceiling in their current role, who feels there is a bottle-neck at the senior management level or simply to an entrepreneurial individual who is looking for the next challenge.
