An exciting and highly successful company here in the Atlanta area is looking for a Lead Architect to add to the team. Responsibilities will include:
Publish white papers on emerging trends and technologies
Identify and evaluate new languages, tools, development best practices
Expert understanding of various desktop Operating Systems
Expert understanding of various server Operating Systems
Provide technical mentoring to developers
Present technical concepts to large group
Expert understanding of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
Lead the creation and management of branching and merging strategies
You should have expert understanding of design patterns and be able to create and maintain designs for enterprise applications, create and maintain designs for enterprise application integrations as well as design reusable application frameworks for the development team.
You should have expert understanding of advanced concepts such as EAI, ESB, BPE, SOA, Multi-tenant systems and be able to assess the impact of complex business decision changes on application designs. You should also be able to design complex technical solutions spanning all application tiers – UI, Business Logic, Data Access and Database and create logical and physical data models, which will include leading technical design meetings and requirements gathering meetings.
On the development side, you should be able to produce high quality code that is maintainable, performant and satisfies all functional and non-functional requirements and implement reusable application frameworks for the development team. This will include having an expert understanding of the core Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and an expert understanding of WCF, WPF, WF.
