Senior Asset Manager, Real Estate Debt recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for independent negotiations and closings of settlements in major and/or complex engagements with potential investors, banks, insolvency administrators, lawyers and other parties involved regarding
-Restructuring of loans
-Repayment/refinancing of ongoing loans
-Termination of loan agreements
-Liquidation of collateral securities
Formulating and executing of appropriate exit strategies
Presentation of the proposed resolutions to the credit committee
Preparation and monitoring of business plans
You will be:
Educated at least to degree level
Experience of credit restructuring, workout and liquidation of Real Estate backed loans
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Outstanding financial modelling and analysis skills
