Senior Assistant Trust/Foundation Services recruitment

In this challenging yet rewarding role you will be completing various administration tasks for the auditing team trust and foundations. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

-Customer advice on topics related to foundation structures

-Maintaining collaboration with external lawyers and trustees

-Preparing all documentation, including writing up meeting minutes and managing payment orders

-Account opening

-Manage internal database and maintain a certain level of organisation

-Perform regular mandate reviews

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold the following skills and qualifications:

-Commercial Banking qualification

-In depth knowledge and experience in Offshore

-Minimum STEP foundation certification

-Excellent command of German (native) and English.

-Ability to use your own initiative, strong sense of responsibility and a team oriented person
