Suitable candidates must have trained in MA or Leveraged Finance teams of highly regarded, global investment banks – ideally the bulge bracket. If you have firsthand experience of restructuring transactions then this will of course be a bonus. As part of the process, you will need to complete an LBO modelling test and case study so extensive experience in building complex LBO models is essential.
Our client is a world leader in financial restructuring advisory with a reputation for completing large and highly complex transactions. Their clients range from major corporates from all sectors to a vast array of financial institutions whose operations and interests typically span many borders.

Suitable candidates must have a minimum 2:1 Honours degree (or equivalent) in a maths, finance, engineering or other science related subject. You will demonstrate first class communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with those around you. MBAs are considered an added bonus but are not essential.
