Senior Associate
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the fastest growing corporate and investment banking franchises in the City. Due to increased deal flow and organic growth, my client is looking to add an experienced Associate to support their Transaction Management and Investment Banking teams.
The successful applicant will provide direct support to the Head of Transaction Management and the Investment Banking team in the execution of transactions including data preparation, presentations and planning related activities. The role will also involve liaising with different business units and maintaining compliance related information, assisting with credit waivers and market research.
Applicants must have at least two years previous experience in the banking industry in a Middle or Back Office environment and direct knowledge of the documentation relevant to investment banking transactions.
