Intellectual Property and Technology Law: Senior Associate 6+ PQE – London
A leading IP firm in London is looking for a Senior Associate to join their IP and Technology team. There is little hierarchy here so Associates are encouraged to take on responsibility whilst receiving the support they need for success.
The IP and Technology team deals with confidential information, IT/software issues, patents, passing off and trademarks. The firm’s clients come from a wide range of sectors and include major brand owners, online businesses, retailers, digital media, and advertising agencies. The role will be primarily disputes and advisory based.
The successful candidate will be an “all rounder” with experience covering all aspects of contentious and advisory IP work. Excellent communication and business development skills are a must as well as experience within trademarks/passing off, copyrights, designs and IP licensing disputes.
