Aozora Asia Pacific Finance Limited (“AAPF”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aozora Bank, Ltd. (formerly know as Nippon Credit Bank), a leading financial service provider in Japan. AAPF covers all Ex-Japan Asia transactions.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Working as part of an established team, this role will be responsible for all aspects of the deal process including the origination, structuring and execution of innovative loan transactions across Asia. As an integral member of the group, you will have a demonstrated ability to lead transactions combined with proven technical competence in credit analysis, financial modeling and due diligence. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a genuine market leader in this field.
The successful candidate will possess 5-6 years relevant experience in corporate finance, leveraged/structure finance or related area,gained with a top tier Commercial or Investment Bank. You must be a result driven individual with high levels of commercial acumen and genuine team focus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Frequency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential
ASSOCIATE
As a member of the deal team or the project team, you will contribute to the origination, structuring, negotiation and execution of the corporate finance leveraged/ structured finance transactions by performing due diligence and financial analysis of potential deals. You must be a team member with:
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in credit analysis with experience in corporate and leveraged/ structured financing in Asia;
- Good modeling skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus;
- Self-motivated, proactive and teamwork oriented personality;
- Leadership skills;
- CFA, CPA preferable.
