Senior Associate, Business Development – Institutional Research recruitment
They seek to appoint a highly motivated, self -starter to join their institutional sales team to provide the strategy services to top-tier global investment banks, institutional money managers, hedge funds, private banks and pension funds.
Duties:
- You will sell research services within assigned HK China, manage and develop high-end B2B relationships with executive clients in financial institutions
- You will execute all stages of the product-specific sales cycle from the initial phone contact to place trials through to final closing
- Cold calling and generating new leads is a daily requirement
- You will execute well-defined business strategies
- It’s essential that you manage relationships at senior level and talk with authority concerning the Banking Sector.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry.
- Degree educated preferably in commerce, finance or economics.
- A demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and develop relationships.
- A strong commitment to teamwork, and a flexible approach.
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
