Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate in Transactions-Corporate Finance for our Transactions Restructuring practice to join us in our Chicago office.
Responsibilities:
* Write and prepare transaction related documentation and marketing materials such as information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data/analyses
* Research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers
* Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements and marketing opportunities
* Perform financial modeling, including valuation assessments
Qualifications:
* Three years of transactions related experience in investment banking or corporate finance
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
* Superior financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills
* Proficiency with financial research tools
