Senior Associate, Debt Investments recruitment
Responsibilities of the position
• Provide extensive modelling of debt investments and prepare business plans to maximise returns
• Conduct due diligence of Real Estate backed loans and their documentation
• Conduct valuations
• Prepare and present proposals to the investment committee
• Work closely with legal, tax, Real Estate, financial advisors and loan servicers to bring deals to successful conclusion
You will have:
• Strong academics, educated at least to degree level ideally in economics, mathematics or a business related discipline
• Previous experience in a leading financial institution, private equity or real estate group
• Experience of all aspects of loan underwriting
• Outstanding Excel modelling and financial skills
• Fluent in English and an additional European language would be beneficial
