Senior Associate Director Corporate Development recruitment
Our Client, a quoted international leader in its niche, is currently working with Robert Half International in its search for a Senior Associate Director Corporate Development M/F. This organisation offers a fast paced business environment, with a limitless career path.
Your responsibilities:
-Analyse market and identify potential acquisition targets
-Approach potential targets, check with owner compatibility of interest/objectives and sell them the company concept
-Evaluate targets based on their business and financial condition and recommend deal structure
-Advise on the transaction process and tactics
-Coordinate the due diligence and coordinate the activities of other external advisors
-Lead negotiations and related strategy, attend meetings and give comments on sale and purchase documentation
-Coordinate the closing of the deal, including financial settlements
-Assist in setting up reporting and quality of communication between the acquired companies and the general management
-Support potential legal reorganisation of some companies, fiscal and financial optimisation
-Follow-up any post closing obligation resulting from the acquisition
Your Profile:
-You have a top university degree (ideally major in Finance)
-You have further financial qualifications or business qualifications
-English is your mother tongue and you have knowledge in German and/or French
-You have minimum 5-10 years of professional experience as a specialist/project manager
-You have projects management skills working in cross-company teams
-You have knowledge in Financial Audit and in MS-Office
