In order to sustain this growth and meet client demands, a rare opportunity exists for a dynamic and talented Energy Resources lawyer to play a key role in this leading practice group.
You will be engaged on a range of high-end corporate commercial matters, acting for sizeable corporates in the energy resources sector. You will take a lead role directly advising clients and will negotiate on major resources projects and associated contracting arrangements. Your practice will be focused on hard rock mining, but will also encompass oil gas work as well as some construction/ infrastructure projects.
To be considered, you will require a minimum of 5 years PAE with a leading firm, strong negotiation skills and the proven ability to manage and develop your client base. Previous energy resources experience would be preferred, although a high calibre Commercial lawyer with major projects or construction law experience would also be considered.
