Project Manager (Senior Associate) - Global Transaction Services (GTS)
The GTS Client Implementation team is a market leader in the implementation of transactional banking products and services to corporate and institutional customers.
Major Accountabilities
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the execution of a landmark implementation of transactional banking services to a high profile institutional customer. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are defined and documented, input and ownership by the key stakeholders is obtained and deadlines are met. The role offers extensive interaction with customers.
As a part of a larger team you will work closely with the Program Manager, Business Development (Sales) teams, Client Managers and Service Teams within Global Transactional Banking, plus various internal support teams and external providers to ensure the implementation is delivered with superior results.
Skills
Knowledge, Experience Personal Attributes
Whilst knowledge of retail/corporate transactional banking products is desirable, to succeed in this role you must:
- have customer facing or relationship management experience
- have strong problem solving and influencing skills
- have project management experience
- have a good understanding of systems and technology
- be very organised with an emphasis on attention to detail
- be achievement orientated and energetic
- have strong written and verbal communication, time management and coordination skills
- enjoy working in a team environment
- be tertiary qualified
