Senior Associate, HR Business Management recruitment
Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful applicant will be an energetic individual with a strong financial and business management background, capable of multi-tasking and analytically reviewing processes to identify improvements, with good time management, communication and presentation skills. This is a demanding role and requires a talented individual who is a self starter and partner well with other parties in a collaborative way.
The primary role of this position is to support the Head of HR of Hong Kong to manage the location HR function working closely with the line of business HRBPs, Benefits and HR Service Delivery teams.
This role will also provide dedicated business management advisory and location operation support to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Head of HR to oversee the governance of the HK HR function.
- Coordinates with Benefits, HRSD, Employee Relations and Legal Compliance in location policies review and implementation.
- Work with HRBPS, HRSD and the different Risk Control teams in managing the risk and control review processes, e.g. Vendor Management, Third Party Oversight, IT Risk, HR Risk Management,
- Coordinate information sharing, best practices and business-specific updates with location HR teams
- Ensure adherence to various HR operating standards, protocols and policies
- Work with VP, Regional Business and Management to produce related monthly and periodic reporting and analysis related to HR efficiency
- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in the location

- Proven track record of dealing with and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Ability to interact and deal with all levels of personnel
- Ability to see the bigger picture while understanding the detail, ability to provide concise direction and analytics to senior management
- Willingness to contribute in a team environment
- Relevant work experience as business analyst supporting HR function is an advantage
- Experienced user of Microsoft applications - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
