Senior Associate, IFRS recruitment
Working in a specialist division of wider control team this role will provide you with exposure to senior management, strategic development projects and technical advisory work from day one.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the implementation of IFRS as a core member of conversion project team
• Supporting Finance and Front Office in relation to accounting policy issues including the assessment of new products
• Independent review of local GAAP reporting
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA with strong technical or working knowledge of IFRS, specifically in relation to financial instruments
• Banking Finance experience and knowledge of US GAAP is helpful though not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential due to the exposure you will have with the Front Office and other teams internally
