Senior Associate – International Infrastructure Fund recruitment
Our client is a world class infrastructure fund. They have billions of dollars under management, with a significant European team.
They are now looking to add someone at the senior associate level, who will work on direct investments into infrastructure companies and projects. They have a very strong track record in this area and a significant portfolio of EMEA assets.
The role will work on the origination and execution of deals and the management of transactions and investments from inception to completion. This would involve due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, valuations, management of outside advisors.
They are looking to hire candidates who will have a background as follows:
- investment professionals from other private equity funds; the ideal candidate will probably have about 1-3 years experience in an infrastructure fund, aftter spending time in MA or IBD in a leading investment bank
- associates from major investment banks, with infrastructure, oil and gas, energy experience
- excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
- very strong academic record
