Senior Associate/ Junior VP, Global Private Equity Firm recruitment
Our client is a major global private equity firm. They have raised, invested and exited a number of very successful funds and are now looking to add a Senior Associate/ Junior VP level candidate to their team.
The fund aims to take controlling investments in growth/ already succesful companies, with strong management teams and market position. Typical deal size is £100m to £500m.
The position will work on the execution of investments for the fund, and the project management of significant parts of deals and transactions. You can expect to supervise junior members of the team; lead, where appropriate parts of negotiation; have responsibility for management and liaison with advisors; document finalisation; financial structuring; deal closure.
We are interested in meeting with candidates who will have a background as follows:
- Associate level candidates with other private equity firms
- probably you will have at least 5/6 - 10 years experience since graduating
- excellent deal sheet
