Senior Associate – leading pan-European mid market buyout fund recruitment
The fund manages a concentrated portfolio, investing in businesses with an enterprise value of up to 3bn Euros. Value is created in the portfolio via a combination of operational improvement and financial restructuring, with the firm taking a hands-on approach to its investments. As an Associate, you will be involved in the full private equity investment process, from sector screening and sourcing transactions, to due diligence into potential acquisitions, portfolio management and exiting investments. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the leading deal teams in the European mid-market.
In order to apply you will be working as an Associate within a leading private equity firm or potentially the MA or Leveraged finance department of a top tier investment bank. You will have had London based transaction experience and will speak English to native standard. All candidates must have an exceptional academic record and may have an MBA or equivalent.
