Senior Associate – M&A recruitment

This is a very exciting opportunity for a newly promoted associate to join an extremely successful boutique with an excellent reputation for advisory and proven track record in cross border MA transactions.

In order to succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in corporate finance, with experience of executing MA deals in asian markets.

Youll have strong communication skills (fluent Mandarin English essential), excellent analytical skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in all parts of the MA process from origination to execution, in a firm with an enviable reputation and excellent career prospects.
