Senior Associate/ Manager, Equity Capital Markets and Advisory, Blue Chip Broker
Our client is a blue chip broker, with a great track record in UK equity capital marets and corporate broking.
They are now looking to add a Senior Associate/ Manager level professional to their team who will work on corporate broking and capital markets deals.
The position will involve the following:
- Developing marketing presentations with appropriate research and analytics
- Preparing complex financial and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunities
- Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation
- Project management and execution of transactions including IPO’s, secondary fundraisings and MA
- Advising corporate clients on the impact of The Listing Rules, The AIM Rules and the Takeover Code
- Liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies on the behalf of corporate clients
- Day to day liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developments
- Supporting other members of the team as necessary, with analysis, research and due diligence
- Managing a small team
If you are interested in applying for this role, you will have a background in one of the following: corporate broking, equity capital markets, corporate finance or big four corporate finance advisory. You have got to have lots of UK client experience and, considering the level, probably have at least 5 or 6 years experience since graduating.
