Senior Associate – Natural Resources recruitment
The Corporate Finance team is responsible for originating and executing both MA and ECM transactions with retained and non-retained clients. The firm benefits from a large and growing portfolio of clients that they are retained by, either as a Nomad, a Sponsor or a Broker, which results in a healthy pipeline of business.
The successful candidate will have the following profile:
- At least 3 years Corporate Finance experience gained within a bank, boutique or broker
- Significant experience in both MA, preferably with public company exposure (UKLA, Takeover Code), and ECM transactions
- A deep understanding of the Natural Resources sector (Oil Gas, Metals Mining)
