Senior Associate or VP: Generalist Corporate Finance M&A recruitment
The bank in question is long-established and provides national and cross-border MA advice to a range of corporate and private equity clients through its global network of offices. In the last eighteen months the bank has made significant profits through its MA business and it is now in a position to make a selection of strategic hires.
The candidate that secures this job will work on the origination and execution of MA transactions in the mid-market space. He or she will currently work for an investment bank or corporate finance boutique and have an excellent track-record of MA deal execution. There is no requirement with regard to sector experience as the successful candidate will work on deals in more than one sector.
The ability to speak additional languages may be an advantage.
