Senior Associate – Private Equity recruitment
Our client is a leading investment bank with investments covering Asia, Europe and the Middle East. They currently require a senior associate with experience originating and executing deals in the Oil Gas sector.
As a senior associate you will be expected to contribute to all phases of the deal life cycle including valuation, due diligence and closing of the transaction. You will be expected to originate deals within the Oil Gas sector.
You will provide support to a team of analysts throughout the deal and evaluate their performance.
Requirements
-5+ years experience in private equity or investment banking
-Deal experience within the Oil Gas sector in the GCC
-Experience in valuation, financial modeling, deal closing, post acquisition management
-Masters Degree with CFA/CA preferred
