Role:
• Support / lead global strategic planning activities across regions and functions
• Part of team working directly with the Division Head
Key points:
• Global, cross-functional and cross-portfolio role to drive Sandoz strategy
• Key tasks involve development of new strategy projects and mid-term strategic plan
• Requires top-tier consulting background to be able to dive into critical issues, communicate across different geographies, functions and cultures with senior management
• Reports to senior strategic planning directors
• Highly visible position with direct access to Division Head and Sandoz Executive Committee (SEC)
• Based in Global Headquarters near Munich, international travel depending on projects
• 2-3 years of top-tier consulting experience
