Senior Associate, Strategy and Research, US bank – New role Feb 2012 recruitment
Our client is a top US investment banking and financial services group, with signigficant interests in investment banking, asset management and wholesale banking. They are now looking to add a Senior Associate to their European strategy team.
The purpose of the role will be to carried out detailed research and analysis on European financial services companies and markets, for the Strategy team. You will play an active part in identifying trends, new markets and products and strategies and work at a senior level with European management. You will also work as part of the overall strategic planning process.
Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, but will have a real intrerest in and understanding of European financial markets. You might work in equity research, corporate strategy, asset management or another research driven role. You will have real management presence and and probably have at least 5 years experience in a professional services or banking role.
