About our client
An established and well-funded mid-market private equity and principal investments firm which invests across the MENA region across a wide range of sectors and geographies. You will join a team of seasoned private equity professionals that focus on investing equity capital into buyouts and growth transactions. You’ll be given a significant degree of autonomy and have exposure to consistent high deal flow.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of the investment process including: sourcing and screening transactions, due diligence and financial modeling, post-transaction monitoring and exits
Skills we’re looking for
- Experience of working on at least one completed transaction in a private equity or principal investments team; candidates with MENA experience and/or links to the region are preferred
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good financial modeling skills
