Senior Associate / VP
Amongst others the Monitoring Trustee team provides a range of services to regulatory bodies to the European Commission (EC), US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM). The primary function of the team is to provide merger control and anti-trust monitoring services to these regulatory bodies.
As part of the Monitoring Trustee team you will gain exposure to cross-border large-scale MA transactions. You will work closely with senior members of the team on the origination of new business and over time will be responsible for the delivery of merger control and anti-trust monitoring projects.
Suitable candidates will have experience working in a monitoring role on merger control and / or anti-trust projects as either an advisor, lawyer or accountant.
