About the Company
Our client is a well respected, highly profitable, boutique commercial law firm whose head office is in the CBD. It currently acts for some very large, high profile corporate clients and large to medium resources clients.
About the Role
An opportunity exists for a senior lawyer with resources and commercial experience to manage and further develop an existing practice. The opportunity to work closely with top tier clients and to work on excellent matters, whilst taking advantage of a unique coaching environment is not to be missed.
You will be expected to continue to develop a relationship with these long term clients and also to continue the growth of this side of the practice. The commercial and resources work that you'll be exposed to in this firm would be the equivalent of anything you could expect in a mid to large size national firm.
About You
There are very few genuine opportunities for partner progression in this current market. You may be a frustrated senior associate or special counsel, who feels that their opportunity is limited in their current role. You may finally be disheartened with the 14 hour days and the glamour of the top tier may have lost its shine.
