Senior Associate/Vice President- Restructuring recruitment
rovide financial analysis restructuring and turnaround services to underperforming companies and their stakeholders.
* Prepare analysis and reports for clients to assist in understanding business operations.
* Analyze business transactions, restructuring and turnaround strategies.
* Assist clients in various areas such as claims management, cash management and data analysis.
* Prepare client presentations and proposal material.
* Examine and identify the fundamental causes associated with the underperformance of clients' companies and address critical operational and financial issues.
* Afford opinion on improving liquidity and operational results underperforming businesses.
* Identify potential tax, auditing and reporting issues related to the restructuring of company's balance sheet and operations.
Qualified candidates will have:
* 3-12 years of work experience in the restructuring field, preferably with a consulting firm or investment bank.
* In-depth relevant advisory experience including debt restructuring and business turnarounds.
* Experience in all aspects of restructuring, including Chapter 11.
* US and international bankruptcy experience preferred.
* Bachelors degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
* MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or CIRA preferred but not essential.
* Proven track record working on successful turnaround and restructuring projects, or distressed debt and strategy consulting.
*Candidates coming from industry with significant bankrupcy experience will be considered.
*Strong Cash Flow analysis skills are a must.
