As a global business, this organisation has diversified its portfolio over the years to provide products and services to consumers across the world. The Global Audit team is in a position to further grow and invest in their business and is looking to appoint a Senior Audit Leader.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will lead the planning and delegation of internal audit and review assignments. You will objectively identify business risks and propose an annual risk based audit plan to reflect these risks. Stakeholder engagement / business partnering is a key deliverable, as is individual / team coaching and development. You will lead a team of talented auditors who are dealing with business customers and finalising operational audit issues and findings. The role additionally has a strong process focus and as such you will monitor any control issues which arise from these audits.
Ideally, you will have Financial Services experience in a similar role or have worked within Big 4 with a FS client focus, with 10+ years experience and a CA/CPA or CISA qualification. Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills will harness your success. Travel is a requirement of this role.
