Primarily you will be involved with leading an audit team to execute business operational audit assignments. This role is not purely audit but offers the opportunity to be involved in projects and a chance to really extend yourself. The Audit function is key to our success!
Your key accountabilities will be:
- Planning and leading individual audits and special projects reviews
- Providing input into resource management and budget allocation.
- Communication of audit issues to management.
- Executive relationship management
- Performing special assignments.
- Conducting research for special projects, including research and advice for management (such as process redesign and advisory input to the risk/control paradigm for new products/processes).
- Coaching and developing audit team members.
IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) certified would be beneficial.
